STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Product Description: The products are made of refractory clay and since the products are handmade, there may be slight differences between the products when executed.
• Usage: The products should not be washed in dishwashers. They should be cleaned with lukewarm water and liquid soap using a soft sponge. They should not be used in microwaves or ovens. Regarding accessories, it is not recommended to expose them directly to creams or perfumes.
• Pricing and payment: An advance payment is made for the produce of the products: 50% in the case of a sale order of more than 500 Egyptian pounds and 30% in the case of a sale order of less than 500 Egyptian pounds.
• Payment methods: via Vodafone cash transfer, via Instapay, or payment when delivery.
• Shipping and delivery: A minimum produce and delivery period within 7 working days to 10 days, depending on the quantities and products and their availability or manufacture.
• Returns and refunds: These products are made specifically for the customer, so no exchange or return is permitted
• Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including images and product descriptions, is our intellectual property and must not be used without written permission.
• Privacy Policy: All customer information is not used or exploited by us in any way.
• Liability: We do not bear any damages or losses incurred by customers who use the products incorrectly or in a manner not recommended, or use the products for purposes not authorized.
